About Me
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for five years, following a marketing career in the private and voluntary sectors. I have experience of working with a very wide range of clients, including sports-specific, older people and those with disabilities. I have particular expertise working with clients who have various medical conditions and also in coaching runners and triathletes.
I enjoy exercise enormously and am a very keen middle distance runner and triathlete. I am in my early forties and married, with a daughter and have lived in the brilliant city of York for a number of years. Marrying up my passion for exercise and a career seemed to be a natural progression, however, I sometimes wonder why I didn’t arrive here earlier?
Without wanting to sound trite, I really do like to bring my own enthusiasm for exercise to help my clients in achieving their goals. Life is on the whole fantastic and we need to put a lot in to get the most out. That’s the philosophy that I like to have to almost everything.
