Exercise Referral
Introduction
Through one-to-one sessions, exercise referral can help you to improve your health and fitness if you have a recent injury, operation or medical condition. I cover a wide range of conditions, including:
- Arthritis
- Back pain
- Bone and joint problems
- Heart disease
- Cancer
- Soft tissue injuries
In addition, I also work with individuals with disabilities, learning difficulties and mental health disorders.

Private Self-Referral and NHS Referral
One-to-one sessions are mostly run by private self-referral (see Pricing for details on fees). I also manage a small number of NHS referral places from GP’s that gives free access to around three one-to-one sessions and substantially reduced prices at Nuffield Health Community Fitness Centre, Monks Cross, York (unfortunately, there is a waiting list for NHS referrals).
