Personal Training is about giving you the confidence, motivation and skills to change a big part of your life - your health and fitness!
Whether you have specific goals already in mind or whether you would just like to get a bit fitter and lose weight, I can plan and deliver training and programs to match your needs. I can focus on:

Free Consultation and Taster Session
To see whether personal training is right for you, I offer a free consultation and taster session with no obligation. This can be at your home or at Courtneys Health and Fitness Centre, Monks Cross, York and will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. We will cover how I might be able to help you and a lot of areas about yourself, including:
- Current state of health and fitness
- Specific health and fitness goals
- Likes and dislikes
- Current diet and eating habits
